● To service a Computer we first test the power and blow the dust on machine and check the Virus, performance of the Processor and Ram.
● To service printer we test power and blow dust and clean then give the client report if needs parts replacement.
● Anything requires repairs or electronics will be tested in front of the customer and signed the job card before it can be taken to the workshop.
● All our repairs take a maximum of 24 hour. If delayed customer will be given a feedback immediately.
● Any components to be replaced will be provided at the current market price.
● Any calls after working hours will be charged call out of P224.00 including vat.
